Al-Baitif Food Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a 100% Bumiputra company which manufactures and distributes frozen food in Pengkalan Chepa Industrial Area II, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Al-BAitof Food Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. owner Pn Hanariah binti Hassan start this business from her house on 1995.

On 1997, she manage to enlarge her costumer and with her own saving. Pn. Hanariah also introduce her own brand named HZS. When her product get a huge response, Pn. Hanariah take some course and attend in some seminar and got the certificate on 1999. Was established in 2001, and fully operational in 2003.

Start with small scale home industry and is now spreading to increase productivity by using special machines in the manufacture of each product. Al- Baitif produce finished products for wholesale and retail sales and also accept orders from dealers that the parties want to sell at retail or in a given recipe beside producing products other than primary products, such as Samosa Curry puff Swirl and pouch, donuts, sardine rolls, and others. A-Baitif manage to produce 3000 pieces of Curry Puff in one and 78 000 pieces a month.

Silawati Sidek Enterprise in owned by Pn. Silawati Sidek and her husband, Ahmad Rizal bin Idris with 50-50 equity each. This frozen food company starts their business on June 2009 with their own saving.

Now, Silawati Sidek Enterprise are in upgrading process as they have to rebuilt processing department and sales store according to feasibility wanted by bank and government before Silawati Sidek continue the business and apply for bank loan.

Silawati Sidek Enterprise is in discussion progress with Veterinary Department of Malaysian Government in order to expose and help their business. This company also are planning to open a 24-hours store with processing progress are from 8 am to 5 pm. Azam Ternak is the main supplier for Silawati Sidek Enterprise as a lot of their product raw material are made from meat.

Kenaf Natural Fiber Industries (KFI) was established on 30th August 2006. KFI business is dedicated to the activities on plantation of Kenaf, processing of fibers & cores, and manufacturing of consumable products using kenaf as base material.

100% share in KFI is belong to bumiputera. KFI has 10 employee to move the operation of KFI factory including administration team. From beginning, KFI has bought machinery using German technology to produce Kenaf product and completely start their operation on 2008. KFI produce a high quality poduct usually used in automotive sector and as building meterials.

KFI also receive a highly demand in fiber board industry. Main customer for KFI products is Panasonic factory located in Semambu, Kuantan, Pahang. KFI also receive some demand from foreign market like Pakistan, Austria, and Korea.

KFI production raw material come from Lembaga Kenaf dan tembakau Negara (LKTN) as the provider for this company and also become as middle person for KFI and Kenaf plant supplier. This raw material usually are taken from Pasir Putih, Bachok, Machang, Rantau Panjang and Pengkalan Chepa.

Falasino Sdn Bhd was established in 1998 in Kota Bharu and this company is a subsidiary company of Hussin Yacob Trading It is a 70% owned subsidiary of Hussin Yacob Trading Sdn Bhd and 30% more are belong to Putmann (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Hussin Yacob Trading was founded on 1945 by Haji Hussin bin Haji Yacob. The beneficial ownership of Hussin Yacob Trading Sdn Bhd has been passed down to the children of the late Dato’ Haji Hussin, led by the management team of Haji Hassan, who has been with the company since 1980.

Whilst textile dyes and chemicals remain the core and specialty items for the company, Hussin Yacob Trading has ventured into the downstream activities of textile and garment manufacturing via contract production alliances and the establishment of its own manufacturing subsidiary, Falasino Sdn Bhd.

Puttmann (M) ceased their operation after more than 15 years and subsequently hand over their partial operation to us together with their skilled workforce. Now, Falasino Sdn. Bhd. was led by Haji Hassan son, Mr. Muhammad Fahmi bin Hassan and Mr. Muhammad Fahmi with all 100% equity belong to him and accompanied by 45 staffs which 100% was local people.

Main activities in Falasino Sdn. Bhd. are screen-printing on most natural and synthetic fabric, dyeing and fixing for fabric, stonewashing, sewing and fashion designing. At this moment, Falasino Sdn. Bhd. only produce 60% from its actual capacity based on demand.

Falasino Sdn. Bhd. was exported their product starting 1998 through MARDEC Polymer, a Penang company but stop exporting on 2003.

My – Sutera Sdn. Bhd. operate as a garment factory located in Pengkalan Chepa 2 Industrial Area with a staff of 400. This company core business is the manufacture and distribution of school uniforms and sports clothing, hospital linen supply service provider to the consortium of hospitals and the supply of corporate uniforms.

In the beginning, their plant is fully operational in June 1996, focusing on apparel manufacturing operations in a contract (contract manufacturing) to the world famous brands such as Adidas, JC Penney, Umbro, Oarsman, Nike and others.

My-Sutera are also the producers who are recognized as producers of quality clothing. The emphasis on quality to meet export production as well as basic skills in sewing nature among their staff gave an opportunity to develop local markets in the production of school uniforms and sports clothing brands to their own schools with the "Canggih".

Payang Resources is a company that produces spices. This spices business began from Pn. Faridah bt Muhammad’s father and family. Until now, this family generation business was exit about 35 years. Now, the business was managed by Pn. Faridah and his husband, Mr. Zulkifli.

The business become more advance from years to years. As the result they built a spices processing factory about 3 years ago. Payang Resources was situated about 10 km from capital city of Terengganu and believed the only spices producer in Terengganu.
