Besta Manufactures Sdn Bhd changed their company name into BM Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. on February 2010 as may are turning to differentiate themselves from Besta Corporation. The company operated from three (3) lots of factories from State Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) located in Chendering Industrial Park, Kuala Terengganu. Owned by 100% bumiputera equity, BM Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. has 15 employees including administration team.

BM Food Industries Sdn. Bhd is a leading sauces manufacturer in Malaysia and is supplying products to many organizations such as hospitals and Jabatan Penjara Malaysia. In the future BM Food aims to improve marketing activities in order to penetrate global market.

BM Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. equities are shared by Mr. Nik Mohd Tarmizi and Ms. Faradila Jasmin with 50% each. The main activities are to produce finished products such as Chili Sauce, Tomato ketchup, Oyster Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Light Soy Sauce and Artificial Vinegar. They also have contract packing for Instant Coffee Powder and Tea Powder. BM Food has two brand names, Wira and Besta.

TP3 PUSAT PENGUMPULAN, PEMPROSESAN DAN PEMBUNGKUSAN

PROFILE

TP3 or Pusat Pengumpulan,Pemprosesan and Pembungkusan was an initiatively by Yayasan Pembangunan Usahawan Terengganu. It was established on 1 June 2010 and located in Kilang Bimbingan IKS Ajil.

This is to help Terengganu entrepreneurs especially in small and medium industries by providing the guidance on how to use machine, equipment and packaging material towards the improvement of their product production.TP3 also organize baking, cooking and sewing courses.

TP3 rental of labeling and vacuum machine to entrepreneur as RM3 per hour as well as plastic packaging from Kota Bharu.

The process of labeling the product and barcode labeling will be done after get approval from YPU.

TP3 provide program for cheaper are done after assistance and approval by YPU. YPU have convenience stores T-Shoppe and planning to open Timur Supermarket in Kuala Berang.

ISMAWATI BATIK CRAFT

Ismawati Batik Craft is a factory that produces handicraft own by Pn. Ismawati bt Ismail. She has established business start from as establishment in 2005 until now. The business has expanded from years to years.

Ismawati Batik Craft was situated about 10 km from capital city of Terengganu. In the kraftangan craft complex it consists of a few factory Batik Craft in incubator for handicraft entrepreneur. Ismawati Batik Craft only supply but not distribute the product into the market.

In 2007, received order from Terengganu Royal Endurance Race Cup fail and diary for horse campaign.

Participated in various International Craft Fairs in Kuala Lumpur.

Received order from regular customers such as Noor Arfa Batik as well as from government sector and private sector.
