Established in July 2003 by Puan Nor Aini Zakaria with the aims of producing Halal pau which is usually synonym with Chinese society;
The processes of preparing the pau begun from 9 am to 2 pm with the help of five workers;
Possession of halal certification boost customers’ confidence that pau is not only halal but also fulfill hygiene requirements;
Aims to improve the packaging and labeling under ‘Pau Nurul’ brand to penetrate the export market.
