Chaudry Textiles Sdn. Bhd were lead by En. Kamaruz Zaman bin Haji Mohd Salleh This company equity belongs to En. Kamaruz Zaman and his brother when they takeover this company from a Pakistan owner on early 2010. En. Kamaruz Zaman also owned a textiles company named Semasa Batik Sdn. Bhd.
After the takeover, the new owner had made improvements in term of machinery, faciliries as well as quality of product via concentrated efforts on production to support the operation cost and slowly upgrade the operation system and factory facilities and made a research and development to upgrade Chaudry Textiles products quality as well as striving towards export.
