TKSU (TRADE) EN. MOHD. RIDZAL SHERIFF WORKING VISIT TO PAHANG

The visit was aimed for MITI to understand better the MCKIP initiatives as well as incentives and assistance from MITI and agencies that can be offered to state government as well as MCKIP. TKSU (T) extend invitation to Bahagian Pembangunan Ekonomi Negeri (BPEN) for Trade and Investment Mission as well as exhibitions in China especially in the sister city of MCKIP, Qinzhou. BPEN requested for additional funding for infrastructure especially road upgrading for the MCKIP, Gebeng and Kuantan Port area of which MIDA Pahang responded that a team from MIDA HQ would be in the evaluation stage in the next weeks. Promotion of MCKIP can also now be extended to investors from other countries, not just China.
