Zairah Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is operating at Kawasan Perindustrian, Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The products that being produce is the Frozen Murtabak Raja. The company is owned by Mr. Nik Mohammed Fadilah Binti Nik Abdul Rahman and help by his wife Mdm. Raja Zairah Binti Raja Zakaria.

The beginning of the business, they operate at their house and can produces 50pc of Murtabak for a day. But since 2009, the operating the business is move to factory with the machinery. Now they can produce 500pc of Murtabak for a day.

The Raja Murtabak has 2 fillings which chicken meats and beef meats. The process to make the Murtabak is the tradisional ways. So the owners of this company want to introduce the tradisional food to the public. They have 8 workers that work in their company.
